makes you eyes explode

bleh i wanted to make the title "so shiny that it makes you eyes explode" but it didn't fitD:
ok so i saw thi thing [link] that made and i went like
OMGOMG i want to do something like it
so i went and did it
this was the first attempt [link]
then it kinda changed into this [link]
then i tweaked the lighting and upped the resolution
and told me where to find the vertices and such for the render so this will be my first post-thingy where i will put them, and i will put them in all renderes after this one
made in Blender rendered with Yafray with Global Illumination
